00:00Two Chinese nationals were arrested after a gunshot was fired in Manila.

00:06One of them, who accidentally fired the gun,

00:10was not able to escape the authorities.

01:38The victim is 59 years old,

01:41and he cannot hear and cannot speak properly.

01:51The victim was buying food from a nearby suspect,

01:56but the victim did not give it to him.

01:59They also confessed to one thing.
