00:00Today, the alliance campaign for the new Philippines in Mindanao was launched.

00:05Let's get an update from the center of the news, Mela Las Moras, live. Mela?

00:12Rod, whatever time it is this afternoon, the press conference of the alliance for the new Philippines will start.

00:19But before that, some of the members of the administration's Senate also held their own activities.

00:27In Davao City, the former DSWD Secretary and House Deputy Majority Leader Erwin Tulfo,

00:35who is one of the senatorial candidates of the administration, had a motorcade.

00:38He said, it is important for them to see and appreciate our fellow countrymen.

00:44That's why he really goes to every place he goes to.

00:48Here in Davao del Norte, Governor Edwin Jubahib had a courtesy call

00:52with the Partido Federal ng Pilipinas candidates,

00:55which was led by Senator Francis Tolentino and former DILG Secretary Ben Hur Abalos.

01:00According to Governor Jubahib, they fully support the state of the alliance for the new Philippines.

01:06Of course, as provincial chairman of the Partido Federal ng Pilipinas,

01:12all of our fellow local candidates of the Partido Federal ng Pilipinas,

01:18of course, we fully support the Partido Federal ng Pilipinas and the alliance.

01:26You know, all national elections will boil down to local elections.

01:31All voters are local.

01:34So, being a former LGU chief executive myself, I was a city mayor before,

01:41I was president of the League of City Mayors,

01:44I value and I recognize, ultimately, the importance of local support

01:53because the voters will come from the local communities.

01:56So, I am thankful to the Governor for accepting us here in his home.

02:02I am wholeheartedly thankful, no less than the Governor,

02:07to all of us here and to his local officials.

02:11This is a big boost for us and a big help.

02:15As you may remember, the administration of admin bets started in Ilocos Norte.

02:19This was followed by Iloilo for Visayas Leg.

02:22Here in Davao del Norte, the next campaign rally of the alliance will be held today.

02:27This is led by President Ferdinand R. Marquez Jr.

02:30Aside from that, the President will also visit the work for the new Philippines in the province.

02:38Aside from the events we are looking forward to,

02:45we are also looking forward to the entertainment and performances

02:50in the campaign rally of the alliance for the new Philippines.
