00:28This is because of the Intertropical Convergence Zone, or ITCZ.

00:32In Metro Manila, and especially in the part of the country where the sky is cloudy,

00:36there are chances that there will be thunderstorms.

00:49As of now, we still do not have a high rain mark.

00:53No matter where we go in the country, there will be no monitoring of low-pressure areas,

00:59or thunderstorms, or near our floating area of responsibility.
