00:00Dan, what is the talk around the league or even people you

00:04have checked in with about Eric Biannimi joining the Bear

00:08Staff? What he brings, what is his reputation at the stage of

00:11his career after 1 year at UCLA where it didn't quite end the

00:15way uh maybe it was he he thought it would and him

00:19returning to the NFL. EB coaches with an edge. There's

00:23no question about that. That's been pretty well established

00:25around the league for a while and so uh that takes some guys,

00:28some getting used to and and understanding that that you know

00:31like the the the the message delivery system isn't always as

00:35important as the message itself and so you know we'll see what

00:38that looks like in the running backs room. I think having a

00:41guy that has the offensive coordinator experience and

00:44knows what uh a championship football team looks like is is

00:47great. You know it's a guy that can be a resource to Ben

00:49Johnson as they're uh again building this offense out

00:53around Caleb Williams and then also trying to do things with

00:56their other other skills guys and so I think that there

00:58there's there's a tremendous asset now in your offensive

01:02meeting room when you're trying to share thoughts and exchange

01:04ideas uh and then like I say the players are just gonna have

01:06to get used to to who EB is as a coach and and uh you know

01:10that that's been pretty well established that it's for some

01:12guys and it ain't for some others and uh they'll just have

01:14to find that right blend.
