00:14I'm ready to retire in the kitchen.

00:18I didn't really think that I would return to television.

00:23But when they called, I was accepted as their host.

00:27The knowledge that was opened for me.

00:29More than the exposure, maybe fame in a way.

00:34But the knowledge, getting to interact with different experts.

00:39In the field that I like, which is farming, gardening, and culinary.

00:43And I think the cherry on top is the people that I work with.

00:47How long have you been doing farm-to-table?

00:50Farm-to-table, we're training four years.
