00:00Set out 4 cones in a 5m square and start the player in profile position.
00:07Balance a cone on their back and instruct the player to move forward to the cone.
00:12After they have reached the first one, then move sideways to the next, then backwards
00:16to the third and finally sideways again to complete the square.
00:21Make sure that they engage their scaps, make small movements and that their back remains
00:25flat.
00:26Don't let them drop the cone from their back and do this activity 5 times.
