00:00Set up two cones five meters apart and start the player in profile position.
00:06Balance the ball on the back and instruct the player to move forward to the cone.
00:11Make sure that they engage their scaps, make small movements and the back remains flat,
00:16whilst keeping the ball on their back at all times.
00:19Reset the position after every four steps and do this activity five times.
