00:00Set out 4 cones in a 5 metre square and start the player in profile position.
00:07Then instruct the player to move forward to the next cone.
00:10After they have reached the first, they then move sideways to the next, backwards to the
00:14third and finally sideways again to complete the square.
00:18Make sure they engage their scaps, make small movements and their backs remain flat.
