For today's food adventure, I'm going to make a dish that will make food explorers hungry.

And I'll be joined by farmer and vlogger, Mackie Moto.

Birria is a Mexican dish that is usually similar to barbacoa.

Which is, their main difference, when you say birria, is actually braised meat.

And originally, what they use for this dish is goat meat.

So, when you order birria in a taco bar, this is the crispy one.

So, we'll just make the same concept using our goat.

So, the process is easy.

The only thing that takes a long time here is the tenderizing of the meat.

And I specifically wanted to use goat neck for this dish.

We'll be using different types of dried herbs.
