00:06I'm Lucy Burge of BetQL, and I'm joined by Matt Horner and Kate Constable.

00:11We have an MLB odds boost for all of you today on two guys to hit a home run each.

00:16And those two guys are Shoai Otani and Manny Machado.

00:24At Caesars, what do you think of this boost?

00:25I mean, with the way Shoai Otani is playing right now, I think anything including him

00:31is something worth at least putting a little money down on.

00:34I mean, he has been absolutely just unreal, 14 hits in his last four games.

00:39He's got 13 RBIs, five home runs, like he's just absolutely playing out of his mind.

00:46So right now is the time to jump on Shoai Otani, but you're not going to get a great

00:50number on him just by himself.

00:52So pairing this with Manny Machado, I think that that is a decent bet right there.

00:57Machado, 22 homers, 22 of his 29 against righties, and he is facing Landon Mack today for the

01:04Dodgers, a rookie pitcher.

01:08This year, his first year in the big leagues, he's given up quite a few home runs, four

01:12home runs in his last five games.

01:14And Machado has had nine homers in his last 30 games.

01:17So he's playing really well right now, hits the ball really well.

01:19Matt, I like this at the number that we're getting it at.

01:22Yeah, I don't mind at all.

01:23I mean, anything with Shoai Otani.

01:24I mean, the guy is just unbelievable.

01:26It doesn't matter who he's facing.

01:28It doesn't matter left, right hand.

01:29It doesn't matter.

01:30He's unbelievable.

01:31It doesn't really even matter who he's facing.

01:34Michael King going for the Padres today.

01:36He's due for a little bit of regression, 304 ERA, 3.50 expected FIPS.

01:41So he's not quite as good as his ERA says.

01:44Nack on the other side, 339 ERA, but a 4.17 expected FIPS.

01:49So definitely some regression coming his way for Machado, which is the one we're worried

01:52about here, right?

01:53Like Otani, you know, he could hit a homer every night.

01:56There's really almost no analysis you need to give into it.

01:58He's that good.

01:59Machado is the one that you'd have to worry about, you would think here.

02:03Going against Nack, like I said, due for some regression.

02:05So I don't mind this if you just want a little sprinkle on it.

02:41I'm going with another guy who tends to hit home runs, but I am taking him to go over

02:45one and a half bases.

02:46It is Aaron Judge.

02:48So he just hit his 55th home run the other night.

02:51And so he's gone over this in his last two games with a home run in each of those.

02:55But he's also gone over this in six of his last nine games against Dean Kramer.

02:59He's batting 308 with three home runs off him and a single.

03:03So I think he can at least go over one and a half total bases.

03:06Love it, Lucy.

03:07I'm going to go over to the NBA.

03:10We have playoffs going on right now.

03:12I'm going to take the Liberty minus twelve and a half against the dream.

03:14They beat the dream in game one of the series the other night, beat them by 14.

03:19The Liberty have also held the dream under 20 percent from three in two of their three

03:22regular season wins against them and again in that first playoff game on Sunday when

03:28they played.

03:29So dream do not shoot very well against this Liberty defense, especially from deep and

03:34the Liberty if they move on, which I'm assuming they will being I like them to cover this

03:38big number.

03:39They'll play either the Aces or Storm next.

03:42I would venture to guess the Aces are going to come out of that series.

03:44They're already up one, nothing on the storm, but that one's a little bit more competitive,

03:47I think, than this Liberty and dream series.

03:49So if the Liberty can get past the dream early, they'll have a little bit of extra time to

03:53rest, assuming that the Aces and Storm potentially go full the full length of the series, which

03:59would be three games and against the two time defending champs, you're going to need all

04:02the rest that you can get going into that.

04:05So I think the Liberty make an effort to take care of business tonight, close out the series

04:09and I like them to win big at covering a 12 and a half.

04:13There you go.

04:14Love that.

04:15I actually bet the WNBA the other day.

04:16I don't bet it very often, but it was Caitlin Clarke's first playoff game against the Sun.

04:23You absolutely know everybody was betting the fever.

04:26You were betting the fever, Caitlin Clarke, Sun minus six and a half was a whale.

04:31I was going to say.

04:32Absolutely cashed.

04:33You bet the Sun.

04:34Yeah.

04:35Definitely bet the Sun 100%.

04:37They won by like a million.

04:38It wasn't even close.

04:39So that was an easy cash for me.

04:41I had to do it.

04:42I just had to go into the the college football slate coming up this weekend.

04:49You've got I like Baylor here.

04:51Minus three.

04:52You can get it at MGM and minus three everywhere else.

04:54It's three and a half.

04:55Now it opened at minus two and a half for Baylor.

04:58So that line is moving towards Baylor here.

05:00Baylor, as we know, blew it against Colorado this last weekend.

05:04They had that game in hand and they lost on that Hail Mary again.

05:07You know, overtime, all that crap.

05:09So the perception of Baylor probably going to be a little lower this week.

05:12And they're taking on BYU at home here at Baylor.

05:15They're taking on BYU, a team that just destroyed Kansas State in every way you could possibly

05:21imagine a ranked team in Kansas State and BYU destroyed them.

05:24Now BYU is ranked.

05:25So the public perception of them is going to be quite high after they just destroyed

05:28a ranked team.

05:29They're ranked now, taking on a Baylor team that just lost.

05:31Why is Baylor favorite here?

05:33The public's going to be on BYU.

05:35Baylor is going to win this game.

05:36So give me Baylor minus three over at MDM.

05:39Absolutely love that play.

05:40Everybody, the White Sox are going for the record tonight.

05:43Everybody out there, please watch this game.

06:17They should have done it on the White Sox because, as you said, it's funny and it should

06:21have been the White Sox.

06:22So much more drama, too.

06:25I would rather watch that.

06:26It would be an absolute disaster.

06:29Could you imagine them doing this documentary with Pedro Gafal and the amount of toxicity

06:39They picked the wrong socks is what they did because the Red Sox are not having a historic

06:44season.

06:45The White Sox are.

06:46So I would watch that.

06:48I might just watch the season over again if you really want to, since there's no documentary

06:52on it.

06:53But it's very interesting to follow, I think, because I think things like this are more

06:56entertaining.

06:57Well, a good team is good, but either be really bad or really good.

07:02That's entertaining.

07:03Yeah.

07:04And the bad is also just as entertaining.

07:05So good point.
