00:05Everybody's getting ready for Saturday night at the T-Mobile Arena.

00:08One of my good friends in boxing, the badass Caleb Plant is here.

00:13And I think the last time you did my show, I was on the Howard Stern channels on SiriusXM.

00:21I did my Dirty Show.

00:22You remember I did a Dirty Show with all the cussing and everything?

00:24Yeah, I remember that.

00:25And now I do TV in New York.

00:28I do sports betting TV, and I got a blazer on.

00:30You never saw me with a blazer on, son.

00:33You know what I mean?

00:35Hey, so I got to tell you, I was at the tank fight, and I was sitting in your row.

00:43We were sitting in the same row, and all the nonsense broke out with that freak, Ryan,

00:49who had absolutely come right from the mental ward to the arena, and who was acting like

00:55a tool and was upsetting everyone and their brother in that arena.

01:00Wherever he went, he was like a cancer.

01:02And I'm sitting there.

01:03I remember Mighty Mouse was sitting there.

01:05His girlfriend was pretty hot, too, I have to say.

01:07I thought she looked at me.

01:08You could tell she liked me.

01:09She thought, you know, she's like, look at me.

01:10She had a thing for you.

01:11You know what I mean?

01:12You could tell.

01:13She was like, Pearl's over there, and then Caleb Plant's over there.

01:15And then this kid starts mouthing off to you.

01:17And I swear to God, because I've always been a fan of yours, I was sitting there with my

01:21son who goes to San Diego State, and I go, what's this?

01:26I go, what's this?

01:27My man is just not having this.

01:29He's not having this kid, this punk, talking to him.

01:33And I thought you were going to kill him.

01:35I really did.

01:36I thought right then and there you were going to kill him right in the third row.

01:39Yeah, I mean, you know, some things you got to let slide, and you got to pick and choose

01:44your battles, and some things can't be tolerated.

01:46And you know, some of the words that he said about my family can't be tolerated.

01:56Yeah, I don't know what's wrong with him.

01:58Yeah, he's got a lot going on, and you know, I think he needs help.

02:03But like I said, a guy like that, I'll be the help you're looking for.

02:05You know what's funny, though, is he actually has talent, and he's wasting it with all the

02:10other BS.

02:15He's going to stop outside the ring that is ruining his life and career, and no one can

02:29What is the deal with this kid, like, I just watched the press conference here, and you

02:38You said to Macombie that his brother was his sister, and that was the line of the day.

02:49And I also had to say, I said earlier to Raleigh that I thought Macombie had a square

02:54dancing shirt on with Terminator glasses, and I thought he looked awful.

02:58He literally had a square dancing shirt on, you have to admit it.

03:01Yeah, you know, I'm a fan of the Western...

03:14And yeah, you know, his brother calling me a bum, but as you heard up there, Trevor doesn't

03:18think I'm a bum, and that's all that matters.

03:20He knows I'm world class, and anybody who's got a brother or a little brother walking

03:25around, making fun of professional athletes, you don't have a little brother.

03:29You have a little sister, because, you know, what guy on the sidewalk, on the sidelines

03:32is going to pick a, you know, professional athlete?

03:35When you were doing the pull-up, when you came into the MGM, and then he gave you the

03:40business in the lobby?

03:41No.

03:42Or out in the ballet?

03:43No, he just called me a bum at the grand arrivals when I was on stage.

03:47No, he wouldn't.

03:48He wouldn't say that to my face.

03:49He don't want any part of you.

03:52Now, what about his brother?

03:54You're going to get that interim belt Saturday night.

03:55Listen, Mafia knows I wanted to watch Danny, Caleb, and Canelo.

04:01I got my, I got the trifecta.

04:03I got my wish, because I ain't seen you fight in a minute.

04:05Now, the one thing I love about you is the stones on you of who you will fight.

04:11You fought Canelo.

04:13You'll fight them all.

04:14You fought Benavides.

04:16They call him a monster.

04:17You're like, you're not afraid of him.

04:18You fought all of them.

04:19And win or lose, you fight anybody they put in front of you.

04:23That's what I like about you.

04:24There's a lot of guys that'll duck guys their entire career because they don't want to have

04:30a blemish on their record as if they matter.

04:34I respect guys that fight everyone no matter what happens in the ring.

04:37How do you see it play out in your life and career?

04:40Yeah, I mean, you know, my dad always taught me that it's important to go after the biggest

04:45challenges.

04:46You know, if you want that legacy, if you want that glory, which is what a real warrior

04:50lives for, then you got to go after the biggest task.

04:52And if you think you're the baddest man, then, you know, whoever else they say is great,

04:57you got to test your skills against them.

04:59And sometimes you may come up short and people may call that a blemish, but I think the real

05:04blemish is never testing your skills to begin with and never going after the biggest fights.

05:09So I pride myself on that.

05:11So you were living in Nashville or something, I think, the last time I talked to you, or

05:17somewhere.

05:18Oh, that's where I'm from.

05:19I'm from Nashville.

05:20Are you living there now?

05:21Where are you living?

05:22I live here.

05:23I've been living here since 2016.

05:24And I'm from like 25 minutes outside of downtown Nashville.

05:26It's called Ashland City.

05:27It's way out in the country.

05:29But you moved out here now.

05:30Yeah.

05:31You like it here or do you miss there?

05:33I mean, I miss home.

05:34I miss things about home, but I love it out here.

05:36So your work in the gym and all the fights you've had and how you've been getting ready

05:41for Macombie, how do you feel?

05:44How's it been going?

05:45Are you ready to dance Saturday night and put on a show again like you always do for

05:48the fans?

05:49Or what's it like, the difference between doing it here and being back there and when

05:54you were coming up?

05:55Oh, yeah.

05:56I love the big stage, you know, big fight this Saturday, WBA interim title on the line.

06:01And I'm excited to let the bell ring and, you know, get on there and perform.

06:05So, you know, this guy's a Jets fan.

06:08And he said to me before the interview is over, he said before you came over here today,

06:13he said, this guy, you're bringing this guy on again.

06:16He goes, tell him that Aaron Rodgers is going into Smashville to beat the Titans Sunday.

06:22If it's the last thing they do.

06:23He said it.

06:24That guy right there.

06:25Let him know what you think.

06:27Well, we just lost to the Bears.

06:28So I'm not like they were up 17.

06:31Nothing.

06:32I know that the game slips.

06:33I blame Levis.

06:35He had it all.

06:36And then he laid an egg.

06:38I was disappointed.

06:39Once they got rid of my guy, AJ Brown, I was like, wow.

06:42Then they got rid of Derrick Henry.

06:45But you know, we're in a rebuilding phase.

06:50When you when you went when you were there, did you go to like Predators games and stuff?

06:55My penguins beat him in the Stanley Cup finals.

06:57Did you enjoy that?

06:58Yeah, I've been a couple Predators game and Titans game.

07:09You know, I'm a diehard Titans fan.

07:11I'm a represent.

07:12So who's your favorite team?

07:14Football team.

07:15I'm a Steelers.

07:16I'm all Steelers.

07:17Pittsburgh Steelers.

07:19Penguins.

07:21And I like the Miami Canes and college football.

07:23I like the Hoosiers and basketball, but nothing else.

08:02You know, I respect my opponents enough to train hard.

08:05And yeah, I don't I'm not necessarily a big fan of them, but, you know, I just got to

08:10go in there, be myself, stay sharp, stay relaxed.

08:13And you know, I've been on the big stage before, so I know how to handle it.

08:15And then tomorrow you go, you're going to go go in there and weigh what are you going

08:19to end up weighing?

08:46And like I said, go in there and perform on Saturday, win another title and get a lot

08:51of money.
