Butter Garlic Chicken

For marination process
chicken(boneless) - 500gm
pepper - 1/2 t spoon
salt - 3/4 t spoon
corn flour - 2 table spoon
For chicken stock preparation
chicken bones - 100gm
onion - 1 (medium size)
pepper - 1/2 table spoon
cloves - 2
bay leaf - 1
water - 750ml
For cooking process
Butter - 2 table spoon
garlic(chopped) - 6
green chilli(chopped) - 1
corn flour - 1/2 table spoon
chicken stock - 250ml
oregano - 1/4 t spoon
pepper powder - 3/4 t spoon
lemon juice - half (piece)
salt - 1/2 table spoon
fried chicken
coriander leaves(chopped) - few
