Ingredients:-
FOR CORIANDER PASTE PREPARATION
cooking oil - 1 table spoon
ginger - 1 inch piece
garlic - 4 pieces
onion(chopped) - 1(medium size)
green chilli - 2
coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 cup
mint leaves (chopped) - 1/2 cup
FOR COOKING PROCESS
ghee - 2 table spoon
fennel seeds - 1 t spoon
curry leaves - few
grinded coriander paste
turmeric powder - 1/2 t spoon
salt - 1 table spoon
prawn - 500gm (peeled)
lemon juice - half in a piece
coriander (chopped) - few(for toppings)
