Egg gravy is an always ultimate side dish for Chapati/Roti combination.
Ingredients:-
FOR ONION PASTE PREPARATION
onion - 2 (medium size)
green chilli - 4
garlic - 10 pieces
ginger - 3 pieces (1 inch)
water - little bit
FOR EGG CURRY MASALA PREPARATION
coriander - 1 table spoon
pepper - 1/2 table spoon
cumin seed - 1/2 table spoon
fennel seed - 1/4 table spoon
bengal gram - 1/4 table spoon
urad dal - 1/4 table spoon
rice - 1/4 table spoon
cinnamon stick - 1(small)
cloves - 2
cardamom - 1
red chilli - 5
curry leaves - few
FOR CASHEW PASTE PREPARATION
poppy seed - 1 t spoon
cashew - 50 gm
FOR EGG FRY
cooking oil - 1 table spoon
chilli powder - 1/2 table spoon
turmeric powder - 1/4 table spoon
salt - 1/2 table spoon
boiled egg - 6
FOR EGG GRAVY PREPARATION
cinnamon stick - 1 (small size)
cardamom - 4
mace spice (jathipathri) - 1
cloves - 2
cooking oil - 4 table spoon
grinded onion paste
grinded egg curry masala - 1 table spoon
pepper powder - 1/2 table spoon
turmeric powder - 1/2 table spoon
salt - 3/4 table spoon
curd - 100ml
kasuri methi - 1/4 t spoon
water - 60ml
grinded cashew paste
water - 60ml
fried egg - 6
water - 300ml
coriander leaves (chopped) - few
