Ingredients:-
For marination process
chicken - 300gm
chilli powder - 1/2 Table spoon
garam masala - 1/2 Table spoon
pepper powder - 1/4 Table spoon
cumin powder - 1/4 Table spoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 T spoon
salt - 1/2 Table spoon
ginger garlic paste - 1/2 Table spoon
Lemon juice - 1/2 in a piece
For Boiling process
cooking oil - 2 or 3 Table spoon
marinated chicken
Potato - 1 medium size
water - little amount (as per requirement)
For stuffing process
onion - 1 (small size)
coriander leaves(chopped) - few
Boiled chicken - need to smash
For coating process
Egg - 2
Rusk crumbs
For cooking
cooking oil - 100ml
