00:41 To make onion cutlet or rice onion cutlet, we have cut 2 big onions into thin slices. We will put this in a bowl. We have crushed 8 to 10 garlic pods.
01:07 1 inch ginger, crushed. 3 green chillies, finely chopped. 1 teaspoon jeera. Salt as per taste. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder.
01:34 1/2 cup coriander, finely chopped. We have heated oil in a pan. We will put 2 teaspoons of oil in the pan. Mix it.
