Today's recipe is Set Dosa, also known as Sponge Dosa.

As the name suggests, it is very spongy and soft.

We can eat it with chutney or sambar.

But the speciality of it is that it still remains very soft and spongy even after 4-5 hours of cooking.

So we can take it as a tiffin and it tastes just as good.

Let's make today's recipe.

To make Sponge Dosa or Set Dosa, we will take 2 cups of idli rice in a bowl.

Half cup urad dal.

Half teaspoon fenugreek seeds.

We will wash all these 2-3 times with water.

We have washed idli rice, urad dal and fenugreek seeds 2-3 times with water.

We will add water to it.

We will cover it and soak it in water for 5-6 hours.

It's been 6 hours. We will remove the lid.

We will put it in a mixer jar or a wet grinder and make a smooth paste of it.

Till we grind idli rice, urad dal and fenugreek seeds, we will take 1 cup of poha in a bowl.
