00:00 Welcome to instant cooking.
00:04 Today I am making chocolate syrup.
00:06 For this we need milk chocolate, coca powder, milk, semolina, sugar, clarified butter.
00:17 So in a pan take approximately 2 teaspoon of clarified butter.
00:23 Let it melt.
00:24 Now we will add one bowl of semolina, roast it for approximately one and half minute.
00:34 Now add sugar and continuous roasting for another one minute on medium flame.
00:43 Now we will add one teaspoon of coca powder, mix it.
00:49 Add milk, approximately 200 ml of milk.
00:54 Stir continuously.
01:00 Now add dark chocolate for extra richness and stir continuously.
01:10 Let the chocolate melt.
01:12 Now add one fourth teaspoon of chocolate syrup.
01:16 Similarly at the end add milk chocolate, mix it, let chocolate melt.
