Ingredients:- ½ tsp. Ghee 3 tbsp. Semolina (रवा) 1 tbsp. Cocoa powder 1 cup Hot water 1 tbsp. Sugar Cashews and almonds as preferred
Method:- - In a pan heat ghee and lightly roast semolina in it. - Add cocoa powder and hot water to this mixture and stir. - Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat . - Now add sugar, cashews, almonds, milk chocolate and mix thoroughly until the chocolate melts. - Keep stirring until the mixture thickens and then transfer it to a bowl and let it cool down to room temperature. - Make modaks of the mixture using moulds.
