00:08 Hence on the first day of December, Malagban City's government formally ushered in the
00:11 season with its Christmas tree lighting ceremony this evening at Welcome Park in Letre.
00:17 And to really spread the Christmas cheer, fireworks soared and burst to brighten up
00:21 the night sky while Christmas carols filled the air.
00:25 And there was dancing as kids and the youth played games and received gifts along with
00:29 the elderly.
00:30 Mayor Jeannie Sandoval was on hand to preside over the activities and told her constituents
00:35 today's activities were by design to make this year's Christmas celebration merrier
00:40 for all.
