00:21 Nations Security Council approved the resolution drafted by the United States and Ecuador.
00:26 According to Blinken, this critical mission will meet Haiti's need to address insecurity
00:31 and create the security conditions necessary for long-term stability and growth.
00:35 The deployment of the force would last for one year, with a review after nine months.
00:40 This will be the first time a mission has been deployed to Haiti since the one approved
00:44 by the United Nations 20 years ago.
