00:00The Panama National Naval Air Service informed that it is carrying out joint exercises with
00:05the United States Southern Command in preparation for threats to the security of the Panama
00:09Canal.
00:10According to a press release, the exercise called Panamax Alpha 2025 Phase 1 aims to
00:15reinforce preparedness for security threats to the Panama Canal and other strategic infrastructure
00:21of the country.
00:22As part of the bilateral cooperation between both nations, the activities are taking place
00:26from July 13th to the 18th in three bases located in the provinces of Panama, Colón and Arien
00:33and come with the participation of three helicopters at the Joint Task Force Bravo of the Southern
00:37Command.
