02:03A legislation that reflects the differentiated attention of the Cuban state to this population sector stands out.
02:08Our deputies had the opportunity to participate at the grassroots level in the workplaces, in the educational centers, in each of the communities, of the new proposals put forward in the draft code for children, adolescents, and young people, that will soon be approved in the Cuban parliament.
02:29The new Code of Children, Adolescence and Youth, which continues to have as its fundamental axis, the full development of rights and guarantees, based on our constitution for children, adolescents, and youth.
02:44This July 16, the Convention Palace in Havana opens its doors to another session of parliamentary debates.
