00:00 With more than half of Nagorno-Karabakh's population having fled to Armenia, the separatist
00:07 government of the breakaway region says it will dissolve itself. It means the unrecognized
00:11 republic will cease to exist by the year's end, after a lightning military operation
00:16 reasserted Azerbaijan's control. Many of those who fled across the border voiced their dismay.
00:23 "It's a pity. What should be a pity? We have been born, raised, lived in Artsakh,
00:30 created during these years. Now everything is destroyed. Our past life, this 32-year-old
00:37 life is ruined." "Because Armenians cannot stay in Azerbaijan,
00:44 the Armenians of Karabakh, the Armenians of Artsakh. If our mother Armenia was protected,
00:51 we would have been working and staying as Armenians."
00:58 Azeri authorities have released new images of the former head of the separatist government
01:05 who was arrested while trying to cross the border. They've charged Ruben Vardanyan with
01:10 financing terrorism and creating an illegal army.
01:15 Among those being transferred to Armenia are people injured in Monday's fuel depot explosion
01:20 that killed 68. Russian peacekeepers say the last remaining survivors have been flown out.
