500-750gr Daging ayam (bisa paha / dada)

1-2sdm Minyak untuk menumis (optional)

1bungkus Racik Bumbu Spesial Rawon

3lbr Daun jeruk (optional)

3lbr Daun salam (optional)

750ml Air

Bahan Sambel Kemiri:

3pcs Kemiri (sangrai)

12pcs Cabe rawit merah / sesuai selera

1pcs Cabe merah (optional)

1/2-3/4sdt Garam

1sdt Kaldu bubuk

Pelengkap:

Kecambah

Jeruk nipis

Emping

Cara membuat:

Potong2 ayam sesuai selera

Blansir ayam 5menit kemudian cuci bersih

Tumis Racik Bumbu Spesial Rawon, daun jeruk, salam, serai hingga harum

Masukan ayam yang sudah di blansir

Tambahkan air masak hingga bumbu meresap dan matang

Sajikan dengan kecambah, bawang daun dan bawang goreng.
