CREAM FRIED CHICKEN The ingredients are simple and the taste is great.
Material: • 1kg Chicken • 350-500ml Water • 1 pack of Fried Chicken Mix Seasoning • 300 ml of leftover chicken skewers + water •1 egg •7-8sdm Sago Flour • 1.5-2sdm Rice Flour • 1/4-1/2 sdt Baking Powder
How to make: • Clean the chicken • In a pot, add chicken, water and Fried Chicken Mix Seasoning. Boil until the water shrinks • Remove the chicken and set it aside • In a bowl, pour the remaining boiled water, add water up to 300ml, tapioca flour, rice flour, baking powder, mix well • Use a ladle to pour the batter • Heat the oil by pouring the mixture from a distance of 20cm above the oil in a rotating direction, place the chicken in the middle of the cream and fry until brown. • Remove and serve with warm rice
