Cara membuat: 1. Saring lengkeng dan tata dalam loyang 2. Dalam wadah campur air lengkeng, gula, agar2 bubuk dan air aduk rata dan masak hingga mendidih 3. Tuang sedikit pasa cetakan yg berisi lengkeng cukup hingga lengkeng menempel 4. Setelah tidak menempel di tangan tuang sisa agar2 sampai habis 5. Lanjutkan masak puding susu. Dalam panci campur susu, agar2 dan gula masak hingga mendidih 6. Angkat dan aduk2 hingga asap hilang. Tuang jika later 1 sudah siap tuang hingga habis 7. Dinginkan. Dan sajikan dingin dengan vla
VLA TANPA TELUR 200ml Susu cair 2sdm Gula 2sdm Maizena 1sdm Margarine Cara membuat: 1. Campur susu, gula dan maizena, aduk rata dan masak hingga mengental 2. Setelah mengental matikan api dan tambahkan margarin. Aduk terus hingga dingin.
