Birmingham City Council issues more parking fines than anywhere outside of London with 373 fines issued per day. While the revenue Birmingham City Council accumulated is not available, UK councils altogether raised close to £800,000 per day on average.
A fourth man has been arrested for the death of Cody Fisher who was stabbed at the Crane nightclub in Digbeth just before midnight on boxing day. The 18 year old was held in Erdington just before 7am on Thursday and will be questioned regarding his murder.
