Veteran election lawyer Romulo Macalintal says the Comelec's dismantling of campaign posters of presidential candidate and Vice President Leni Robredo and her running mate Senator Kiko Pangilinan that were put up within private properties violates the Constitution and several other laws and jurisprudence.
