00:30Powa denied claims that Duterte is avoiding the impeachment complaint,

00:35citing a survey showing 80% of the respondents want her to face it.

00:41He also acknowledged the right and the prerogative of the House of Representatives

00:45to file a motion for reconsideration in the Supreme Court.

00:51Earlier, the Supreme Court declared as unconstitutional the impeachment complaint against Duterte,

00:56citing the one-year bar rule in the Constitution.
