00:09Wala ho sa saligang batas yan. Yan ho ay betrayal. Yan ho ay hindi alinsunod sa ating saligang batas.

00:18Sa pagkat, unang-una, I'm assuming ang inyong tinutukoy ay yung motion to dismiss na inilahad ni Sen. Bato de la Rosa.

00:32Ang hukom po, hindi nagmo-motion. Ang nagmo-motion, yung mga partido, yung mga grounds na binanggit ni Sen. de la Rosa,

00:43yun din po yung grounds na iniakit nila sa Supreme Court.

00:48So, ang nangyari, si Sen. de la Rosa, uma-action na parang defense counsel.

00:56Ayon ho sa saligang batas, kapag nailatag ang Articles of Impeachment, dapat agad-agad mag-proceed sa trial.

01:10At dapat bigyan, iserve ng writ of summons ang impeached official.

01:23Kung yung nasasakdal ay hindi pwede maglahad ng motion to dismiss,

02:08Ang legal term to hear means to ascertain whether or not the articles or ang reklamo is worthy, worth pursuing.

02:20In other words, may basihan ba yung sakdal?

02:26Hindi ho sinabi ng saligang batas to hear.

02:28Ang sinabi ng batas, to try and decide.

02:31Ganun ho kaeksakto ang lengguahe ng saligang batas ukol sa proseso ng impeachment.
