First Marination 15-20 Garlic Cloves 3-inch Ginger (sliced) 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes 500 gms Chicken (boneless)
Second Marination 2 tbsp Mustard Oil 1 tsp Chaat Masala Powder 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder 1 tbsp Gram Flour 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp Hung Curd 1/2 tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves Salt (as required)
