500 grm Salem fish (one thorn fish) 2 tsp oil for fry 1 Egg better 2-3 tsp besan (gram flour) 2-3 tsp Corn flour starch 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp Red chili powder kashmiri 1 tsp Black pepper 1 tsp Chicken masala ½ tsp Garam masala 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp carum crushed 1 tsp black pepper crushed 1 tsp kasuri methi 1 tsp coriander crushed 1-2 pinch tandoori colour 1 tsp oil for mixing
Preparation methods- * Take a ball and mix all the ingredient and keep it for 5 minutes for marination. ** Take a pan for frying fish on low flame in 4-5 minutes only and serve with onion rings and lemons as a starter
