Introduction

Lahori Fried Fish is an easy and flavourful, crunchy fried fish with lots of spices that makes it a great appetizer.

Preparation of the Batter
2 tbsp Chickpea Flour (roasted)
2 tbsp Corn Flour
2 tbsp Rice Flour
1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Carom Seeds
1 tbsp Roasted Cumin Powder
1 tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
Salt (as per taste)
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
3 tbsp Curd
1 tsp Mustard Oil
Water (as required)

For Frying
350 gms Basa Fish
Oil

For Garnish
Chaat Masala
Coriander Leaves
Lemon
