Ingredient – (For Biryani Rice) 2-3 Cups Basmati rice 1 tsp vegetable oil or pure ghee 2 Green cardamom and 1 black cardamom 1 bay leaf and star anise 1 inch cinnamon stick 2 clove and 4 black pepper 1 tsp jeera or shahi jeera 1 tsp Salt (30 minutes soaked Basmati rice then add 8-10 cups of water and boil and add all spcies and cooked as half and then drain it to a pan and add ghee and mix well and use in Egg biryani as instructed my video)
Ingredient – (For Egg Curry) 4-5 Boiled eggs 1 cup vegetable oil or pure ghee 2 Green cardamom and 1 black cardamom 1 bay leaf and star anise 1 inch cinnamon stick 2 clove and 4 black pepper 1 tsp jeera or shahi jeera 1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste 1 cup chopped onions 1 Tomato sliced deseeded 1-2 green chili slices 1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder ½ tsp red chili powder ¼ tsp turmeric powder 2 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp Salt ½ tsp garam masala ½ cup coconut milk ½ tsp Saffron water 2 glass water ¼ cup cashew nut, almond, kismis 1 tbsp special Kerala garam masala
Special Kerala garam masala ingredient 2 tsp fennel seeds 1 inch cinnamon stick 1 mace, 1 star anise, 4 green cardamom 4 clove ½ tsp black pepper ½ tsp jeera ¼ tsp nutmeg powder 2 tsp coriander seeds
