Ingredient – for dry masala 2-3 tsp oil 2 Bay leaf 1 mace, and star anies, clove, black pepper etc 1 tsp cumin seeds, fennel seeds, coriander seeds, kalongi 4-5 Chopped Onions 1-2 chopped Tomato 1-2 green chilli chopped 2-3 tsp ginger + garlic paste/slice (Fry it 2-3 minutes on Medium flame than cools them and grind the paste)
For Gravy 2 tsp Oil All blended masala ½ tsp Red chili powder 2-3 tsp Kashmiri Red chili powder ½ tsp Turmeric powder 1 tsp salt ½ tsp Garam masala 1 tsp Coriander powder 1 cup Curd water- if required (Cook the gravy in medium flame until fry properly)
