1 tsp Salt, 1-2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, 1 tsp Ginger Powder 1 Pinch Asafetida 1/2 tb Fennel seed powder 1/4 tsp Turmeric Power, 1 tsp Pure Ghee Lot of water
Coriander Leaf, Mint leafs, Onion Rings & Lemon for Garnish
PREPARATION METHODS- • First take a bowl add Hing, Kashmir chili powder, ginger powder, fennel seed powder, water, mix it well. • Second blend the cinnamon sticks, green cardamom, mace, cumin seeds. • Third take a kadai or pan and heat the ghee then put black cardamom then meat pieces and cook it in a slow flame till meat is brown for 8-10 minutes. • Forth add mixture of Hing, Kashmir chilly, ginger powder, fennel seed powder, salt and lot of water into the Kadai or pan. • In last cook for 45-50 minutes on LOW FLAME till the meat is tender and add cinnamon sticks, green cardamom, mace, cumin seeds masala powder, saffron water & mix it well and cook for another 30-40 minutes LOW FLAME.
FINALLY take a bowl and put the ""KASHMIRI –ROGAN JOSH MUTTON RECIPE"" and garnish with Coriander Leaf, Mint leafs, Onion Rings & Lemon and serve and enjoy.
