After launching a Nanyang Siang Pau scrap book contest on Wednesday, Deputy Education Minister II Chong Sin Woon said the ministry would seriously look into the statement that the performance of students in Chinese primary schools had declined after the implementation of the Primary School Standard Curriculum (KSSR).
