From their original venue at UP Cebu, protesters instead bring their lightning rally along Gorordo Avenue, Cebu City on Independence Day, June 12. According to Tug-Ani, the protesters were able to amplify their calls for mass testing and junking of anti-terror bill for a minute before they dispersed themselves to avoid police apprehension.
