Ingredients For the Filling Oil 2 Tbsp 1 Chopped Onion 1 Tbsp Garlic 1 Tbsp Ginger Mixed Vegetables of your choice 1 Cup Carrots, Cabbage, Peas, Broccoli, Green Beans 1 Tsp Black Pepper Salt to taste Soya Sauce 1 Tbsp Tomato sauce 1 Tbsp Boiled Noodles 1 cup For the Crepes Flour 2 cups 2 Eggs Salt to taste
Method: For the filling take 2 Tbsp oil in a pan and add a chopped onion, ginger garlic paste and sauté. Then add vegetables of your choice like carrots, capsicum, corn, broccoli, cabbage, green beans. Then season with salt and pepper. Add Soy Sauce and Tomato sauce. Toss in boiled noodles and mix well. For the crepes make a smooth batter of flour salt eggs and water. Pour a little batter on a pan and prepare the crepes. Place a portion of the filling on the crepe and fold in the shape of a roll. Bind with a slurry made out of flour and water. Then fry the rolls. They are ready to serve.
