Method: Marinate the chicken with the spices. Then heat the oil and add the onions. When they turn golden brown, add the ginger garlic paste. Then add the marinated chicken mixture. Cook till the oil comes to the surface, then add the tomatoes. Cook for 25 – 35 minutes. Boil rice with the spices. The rice should be fully boiled. Then layer the rice and chicken. Garnish with sliced onions, tomatoes, boiled eggs, coriander and potato fries (optional).
