Chicken legs 6 Chicken thigh 6 Ginger garlic 1 tbsp Chili powder 1 tbsp Salt 1 ½ tsp White pepper 1 tsp Vinegar 2 tbsp Oil ¼ cup Hung curd ½ cup Cream 2 tbsp Grated cheddar cheese 3 tbsp Allspice 1 tsp heaped Coriander powder 1 tsp Crushed black pepper 1 tsp Rose water 2 tbsp Hot siracha sause 2tbsp Sambal oleak 2tbsp Plum sauce 2tbsp Clarified melted ¼ cup Method
Give cuts on legs and thigh, soak them in deep water in a bowl with vinegar for 1 hour, remove and dry, marinate with all the above ingredients, leave it for 2 hours, grill in oven for 30 mins on 180 d, cook kept over a cooling rack, give dum of coal and serve hot.
Amritsari machhli:
Ingredients
Fish boneless fillet ½ kg Gram flour ¾ cup Chat masala 1 tsp Dried fenugreek ½ tsp crushed Ginger garlic 1 tbsp Salt 1 tsp Chili powder 1 tsp Crushed red pepper 1 tsp Allspice 1 tsp Lemon juice ¼ cup Sambal oleak 2tbsp Plum chili sauce 2tbsp
Method
Marinate fish with all the given ingredients and leave it in the fridge for 1 hour, at the time of frying sprinkle gram flour on fish and rub well to coat, deep fry to a golden color until fish is crisp, serve sprinkled with chat masala.
Dizzy izzy fluff:
Ingredients
Strawberry jello 2 packets Frozen strawberries 2 cups Whipped cream 1 ½ cup Condensed milk 4 tbsp strawberries sliced 1 cup
Method
Boil 2 cups water, add in strawberry jello, mix until dissolved, add in thawed strawberries with the juice and mix well with a beater, now fold in this the whipped cream, condensed milk, pour in the mini dessert dish and decorate with fresh or dried strawberries.
