For Tikka Masala: - 1 tbsp Mustard Oil - 2 tbsp Oil - 1 Bay Leaf - 1 Cinnamon Stick - 6 Cloves - 2 Onions (chopped) - 3 Tomatoes (chopped) - Salt - 4-5 Green Chillies - 1/2 tsp Garam Masala - 1 tsp Tumeric Powder - 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder - 50 gms Yogurt - Coriander Leaves (chopped) - 1/2 cup Fried Onion - 250 gms Paneer (cubes) - 4-5 Potato (wedges) - 1/2 Lemon Juice
For Preparing Rice: - Water - 1 Bay Leaf - Fried Onions - 2 cup Basmati Rice
For Paneer Tikka Masala Biryani: - Coal (for smokey flavour) - 1 cup Milk
