For Cooking Rice: Water ( 4-5 times of rice) 2-3 Sticks Cinnamon 1 Black Cardamom 3 Green Cardamoms 4-5 Cloves 3-4 Black Pepper Corns 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic & Green chilli Paste Salt 750 gms Rice (washed & soaked)
For Preparing Spice Mix: 1/2 tsp Black pepper corn 1 tbsp Fennel Seeds 1 Cinnamon Stick 4-5 Cloves 3-4 Green Cardamoms 1/2 Nutmeg (chopped) 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds Mace (Javitri) 1 Bay Leaf 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic & Green Chillies 2 tsp Curd (out of 250 gms in Spice mix)
For Marinating Meat: 500 gms goat meat Spice Mix Re-meaning Curd Salt
