Suji Ka Mewaydar Halwa:
Ingredients:
Semolina ½ cup Milk 1 cup Clarified butter ¼ cup Clarified butter 2 tbsp Sugar ½ cup Cardamoms 2-3 Water ½ cup Orange food color 1 pinch Mix nuts ½ cup Edible silver leaf to garnish
Method: Cook semolina in clarified butter. Fry mix nuts in 2 tbsp clarified butter. Prepare sugar syrup with water, sugar, cardamoms and orange food color. When semolina gets cooked then add milk and sugar syrup and let it boil. Then turn off the flame and leave. When water gets absorbed in some time then adds nuts and garnish with edible silver leaf.
Masalaydar Mix Karahi:
Ingredients: Mutton chops (boiled) 250 gm Fish 250 gm Chicken 250 gm Prawns 250 gm Oil ¼ cup Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp Crushed red chili 2 tsp Salt 1-½ tsp Turmeric ½ tsp Roasted & crushed coriander 1 tbsp Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp Sliced tomatoes ½ kg Yogurt ½ cup Dried fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp All spice powder 1 tbsp Sliced ginger 2 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp Sliced green chilies 4 Lemon for garnish Oil ¼ cup
Method: Fry tomatoes in oil. Then cook ginger garlic paste with mutton and chicken. Add salt, turmeric, crushed red chili, crushed coriander, crushed cumin, and yogurt and cook well till chicken get tender. Now add cooked tomatoes, fish and cook. When fish get tender then add prawns, green chilies, dried fenugreek leaves, all spice powder, green coriander, and ginger and let it simmer. Then serve
