Misri Lemon Chicken:
Ingredients:

Chicken 750 gm
Lemon juice & zest of 2 lemons
Salt to taste
Black pepper as required
Garlic 1 tbsp
Parsley ¼ cup
Oil ¼ cup
Butter 2 tbsp

Method:
Put half parsley and all ingredients on chicken and marinate it. Then add as required water and chicken in pan and let it cook till it gets tender. Now roast in oven till golden. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Eggplant Chips:
Ingredients:

Sliced eggplants ½ kg
Olive oil 4 tbsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper as required

Method:
Put all ingredients on sliced eggplants and bake in oven for 20 minutes.

Cilantro Pesto:
Ingredients:

Cilantro 1 cup
Blanched almonds 2 tbsp
Chopped onion 1
Chopped green chilies ½ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Olive oil 3 tbsp
Crushed red chili ¼ tsp

Method:
Blend all ingredients in blender and serve with chips.
