How To Make Chatpata Naan | Chatpata Naan With McCain Aloo Tikki | Chatpata Naan Recipe By Varun

Learn how to make Delicious 'Chatpata Naan' with our chef Varun Inamdar.

India has a thing for the sweet, the spicy and the tangy. It is the same bold flavours that make the Chatpata Naan irresistible. The flavourful, tangy sauce works beautifully with the golden aloo patty or kebab patty and shredded onions. Pair this incredible Chatpata Naan with Mayonnaise and Tomato Ketchup.

Ingredients:
(Serves 2)
- 1 tbsp Yeast
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- Salt `
- Water(luke warm)
- 1/2 tsp Refined Flour
- Refined Flour
- 1 tbsp Curd
- Salt
- 2 tbsp Oil
- McCain Aloo Tikki
- Oil(for frying)
- Mayonnaise & Tomato Ketchup
- Green Cabbage
- Red Cabbage
- Onions(sliced)

Method:
1. In a small bowl add yeast, sugar, salt, luke warm water, refined flour and keep this mixture aside till the yeast gets activated
2. Once activated, add this mixture to the refined flour, and now add curd, salt, oil
3. Mix all this mixture together; add water and knead it till the dough forms
4. Now, add this dough in an empty bowl and cover it using a damped cloth for around 45 minutes
5. Dust this dough with a refined flour and cut it into pieces
6. Start rolling these dough pieces and place it over a hot griddle
7. Once these bubble starts popping up, flip it over and allow it to cook for 30 seconds
8. Take this naan out on a plate and do the same with the remaining dough
9. Now, take McCAIN ALOO TIKKI out on a plate and put in hot oil to fry for 3 minutes
10. Once fried, take it out on a absorbant paper and keep it aside
11. Now, add mayonnaise & tomato ketchup over naan, along with green cabbage, red cabbage, sliced onions and fried McCAIN ALOO TIKKI
12. Fold the naan side way and grill it in a griller, with the help of some oil
13. Once grilled, take it out and serve it with some maynnaise
