Nuggomwich :
Ingredients:
Nuggets 1 packet
Eggs 6
Onion slices 1 medium
Salt 1-1/2 tsp
Oil for frying
Capsicums slices 1 large
Cheese slices 6
Bread slices 6
Black pepper 1 tsp
Method:
In a pan heat oil and fry nuggets and set a side .now in a bowl add salt and black pepper mix .then in a pan add 3 tbsp oil and fry vegetables ,eggs and nuggets then covered and cook for 5 minutes .now place the bread slices and place omelet then cheese slices and then place the other slices .finally cut in to 2 pieces and serve .

Chicken channa biryani :
Chicken 1 kg
Chick peas 2cups (boiled)
Spring onion ½ cup
Onion 1
Pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
Green chilies 10
Mint leaves ¼ bunch
Coriander leaves ½ bunch
Tomato 3
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Coriander seed 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Rice ½ kg
Screw pine 1/3 cup
Yogurt ½ kg


METHOD
Heat oil, add onions fry till light golden, add ginger garlic paste, crushed red pepper, salt, coriander and cumin crushed add ¼ cup water and fry well. add chicken fry , add ½ cup water cover and cook til chicken tender .Open lid and add to chicken, coriander, mint, green chilies, spring onions, tomato, yogurt and screw pine and cook for 15 minutes.Boil rice with 2 tbsp salt and whole spices till ¾ done. Drain and keep aside in a pan add ½ rice, top with cooked chicken, chick peas again top with rice put on steam for 15 minutes.

Behari channa daal :
Ingredients:
Boiled gram lentils 1 cup
Onion slices 1
Crushed garlic 2 tsp
Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili powder ½ tsp
Garam masala 2 tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Bay leaves 2
Whole black pepper 5-6
Cumin 1 tsp
Clarified butter ¼ cup
Chopped green coriander 2 tbsp
Green chili slices 4-5
Method:
In a pan heat clarified butter and fry onion ,bay leaves ,cumin and whole black pepper till than light golden brown .now add ginger garlic ,grinded spices and cook till than masala thick .then add boiled gram lentil and half cup of water mix and cook for few minutes .now dish out and garnish with coriander and green chili .
