kung pao chicken

Ingredients

Chicken boneless cubes marinated 2 cups
Soya sauce 1 tbsp,
corn flour 1 tbsp
egg Half beaten & fried 1

Other ingredients

Green onions 2 sliced diagonally
Button red chilies 10
Ginger julienne 1 tbsp
Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Peanuts deep fried light golden 3 tbsp
Oil ¼ cup

Method

Marinate chicken with all above, deep fry for 5 mins until light golden, remove and keep aside. Heat oil in a wok, fry crushed garlic and ginger julienne, add button red chilies and seasonings and sauces, ad fry chicken, lastly add green onion and fried peanuts on top.


Mongolian beef

Ingredients to marinate

Undercut beef ½ kg
Salt ½ tsp
Pepper ½ tsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp + 2 tbsp
Other ingredients
Egg beaten ½
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Capsicum 1 sliced
Green onion 2 sliced diagonally
Green chilies 2 diagonally sliced
Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
Oil ¼ cup


Method

Marinate beef sliced with salt n pepper, soya sauce 1tbsp, deep fry for 10 mins, heat oil, fry crushed garlic till light golden, add fried beef with seasonings, add capsicum , green chilies, fry for 1 min, lastly add green onion, serve immediately.



Double pan fried chicken noodles

Ingredients

Tikka boti ½ packet
Egg noodle boiled ½ packets
Cabbage cut in cubes 1 cup
Carrot cut into slices 1
Capsicum cut into 16 squares 1
Mushrooms 4 sliced
Green onion sliced diagonally 1
Salt ½ tsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Dark soya sauce 1 tbsp
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
Oil ¼ cup

Method

Boil egg noodles for 3 mins, drain and shallow fry in 2 batches till crisp in fry pan, heat oil in a wok, fry garlic light golden, add Tikka boti, stir fry for 5 mins, add all the veggies and fold in your fried noodles, mix quickly and serve immediately.
