Chicken pastry:

Ingredients

Bread slice large 3 to 4
Boneless chicken 200 gm
Oil 50 ml
Tikka masala 25 gm
Capsicum green 2
Carrot 2
Cabbage 50 gm
Cucumber 3 to 4
Mayonnaise 200 gm
Chipotle powder as required


Method

Bonless chicken me oil or tikka masala powder add kr k fry pan me paka le
Phir mayonnise me chipotle powder add kr le
Phir bread slice me laga kr chicken fill kr de oper full coating kr k mix vegetable say decorate kr k cutting kr le


Rainbow meringue :

Eggs white 100 gm
Icing sugar 200 gm
Lemon juice ½ tsp
Red food color as required
Green food color as required

Method
Eggs white ko thora beat kren .phir icing sugar add krty jaen. jb achi trah fulfuly ho jaey to piping bag me dal de .phir tooth pic say alg lag color ad kr k tray me lagaen. phir oven me 100c pr 30 say 35 minutes bake kren .


Ultra chocolate cake :

Ingredients

Butter 125 gm
Brown sugar 185 gm
Coffee 1tbls
Eggs 2
Creamy vanilla 1 tsp
Flour 165 gm
Baking soda 1 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Coco powder 60 gm
Butter milk 185 ml
Chocolate chips 90 gm

Ingredients for icing
Butter 200 gm
Dark chocolate 200 gm

Method

Butter or sugar ko ak sath beat kren jb creamy ho jaey to coffee add kr de phir ak ak kr eggs or vanilla add kr de .phir butter milk or dry ingredients add kr k fold kr le
180c pr 30 minutes tak bake kren

Method
To make icing soft butter me melt chocolate add kr k icing bna le phir cake ke frosting kren
Decorate apni marzi say kren
